This is really just a small camp where the prisoners of this planet may find the necessary demands for life: basic food, water, and shelter. If they wander off, its on their own heads to deal with their survival. Though, because of the atmosphere's mentally crippling effect, more than one wander off without knowing better and die of starvation, thirst, or exposure.

Once a planet of great beauty, it fell victim to biological warfare. Its atmosphere is now riddled with noxious gases that can cause all manner of neurological disorders and deficits if breathed in. Because of this, Lyrega is now used as a prison. Convicts and inmates are allowed to freely wander this hellhole of a planet as their chances of retaining enough intelligence to escape after breathing the air for more than five minutes is pitifully low.
